My X gave me money when we were together to paid someone I borrowed money and I couldn’t pay back and some gifts the money wasn’t loan to paid back .
After we broke up she knows I’m going to apply for citizenship and going to see my family after 10 years
She got a solicitor and they going to take me to the country court she has no evidence that the money I got I’ve to paid back
I’m really innocent I’ve been told if I went the court I’ll get CCJ and my application they going to refuse it
I don’t have money to pay for a solicitor and I’m really scared I wanna see my mum before she pass away she’s been sick for long time

If it ever comes to a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against you this will have no impact on your application as long as you comply with the conditions, i.e. make payments, etc.Your X cannot just obtain a CCJ to prevent you gaining citizenship. The law is more complicated that that.
