Dear experts,
Could you please advise on the following issue?
I almost completed my child application SET (F), and I was confused with questions under the consent section.
Consent
Questions.
I will provide a declaration signed by my sponsor to confirm their consent for the Home Office to request verification checks - Answer for this question is- YES! (Am I correct?)

Are you relying on evidence from someone else to prove your financial circumstances?
I am the sponsor of my Son.Shall I answer Yes?

However, I do not have any joint bank accounts.
Please advise

These do not matter as you are the legal guardian

Hi Zimba,
Thank you so much for the answer.
For double confirmation, could you please clarify this thing?
QUESTION: Are you relying on evidence from someone else to prove your financial circumstances?

I answered Yes

Because of my answer Yes for above question, the following matter appeared.

Any other persons who are providing evidence to prove your financial circumstances should
each download, sign and submit the declaration for third party consent

Is it OK? Please advise

Dear Experts and Forum members,
We would like to share our son ILR successful journey.
We applied on 23rd (SET (F)- online- super priority service) and enrolled Biometrics yesterday at London premium centre, and we got approval mail this morning (within 24 hours). The entire process went well.
We are very thankful to the moderators -Zimba and CR001.
We got accurate information from them. Thanks a lot.
