ILR application on Tire 2 General

Hi, I will be eligible to apply for ILR on Tire 2 General 5 years route. I have all the documents available for the application. However, my HR has refused to give me a letter "stating they still require the applicant for the employment in question for the foreseeable future".
Is there any option for me to provide evidence for "foreseeable future employment" and get ILR successfully?

Thanks for your reply. My HR is still giving a letter which states that I am employed in the organization, with all the salary and other details. Will it work??
