NARIC letter for flrfp

Post by flyingv26 » Thu Apr 18, 2019 9:48 pm

Hi all, would just need a quick advice please. I am applying online for leave to remain via flrfp (10 y private life route) and they asked me for NARIC letter confirming my qualification meets bachelors/masters in the UK and confirm the level of english. I would just like to know if i can use the NARIC comparability certificate or do i have to use their visa and nationality service??? I am a uk registered dentist and have been working here for last 5 years so i'm sure comparability certificate should be just fine, but would need some reassurance.

Brief history of my application: My husband and two children are british, while i have been put on this 10 year route through a solicitor's mistake, this is my 3rd leave renewal via private life route and my 10 years will complete in november 2019.

I would appreciate any help. Thank you

To meet the English language requirement usually Naric comparaibility report under red route along with Naric issued English proficiency report is needed. A lot of people on 5 years route if couldn't fulfill this requirement then are transferred to 10 years FLRFP route, so I think English language who already on 10 years route might not needed. But as you are completing 10 years for ILR then no harm in sitting for B1 level English test or get your degree reassessed from NARIC under their red route to meet the requirement for ILR too.
