French long term spouse visa from France

Hello,
I am a Pakistani National travelling to France to get married there on visit visa. My fiance is French national. Is there a procedure where I could apply the long term spouse visa from France? Or do I have to come back to Pakistan and apply from the embassy in Islamabad?
