Naturalisation referee declaration form ONLINE

Hi

have submitted my wife naturalisation application but for the referees you are requested to download the declaration form.

My question is do they form both need to be uploaded to the website or just required to take to the physical appointment

The referee declarations need to be signed by your referees and then taken to the sopra steria appointment.

The forms are like any other document you supply at the appointment. You can either upload them before the appointment or pay a fee (I think £30) for them to scan all your documents for you at the appointment.
