I think you are in wrong forum. Anyways usually for proving accomodation the tenancy agreement (if private renting) along with landlord noc letter is mandatory.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

I have heard conflicting advice regarding this. They are much more stricter on accommodation when a child dependent visa is involved.

I submitted a tenancy agreement and got approval for my wife. Some folks I know didn't submit one but were still approved.

I am living in the accomodation now and I am trying to get a one bedroom flat for rent...but the accomodation cost is really high in here..so it will be more better for me to get the accomodation when he arrives here ..i am really worried

No.

The only requirement where evidence of housing could be relevant is paragraph 319C(e):

(e) The applicant and the Relevant Points Based System Migrant ... must intend to live with the other ... throughout the applicants stay in the UK.

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... ly-members

Normally no specific evidence is required to meet this requirement, but if you do have a tenancy agreement for a property where you could both live, you could add it.

Of course, if something in the application suggests that the couple do not intend to live together, that could be a problem.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
