Working Visa for non-EU girlfriend

Hello,

I will start an internship in London and my colombian girlfriend is looking for a temporary employment there as well. But there is an issue, because tier 3 visas for low-skilled labour which she persued (as being a bartender or working as a staff member) are suspended in the UK. Furthermore, my girlfriend hasn't finish her grade at the university yet and doesn't count as a qualified worker.
Does somebody know a solution that could provide a visa for my girlfriend? As we live on different continents it is very hard to see each other and spend time together. And unfortunately the legal situation and visa regulations make it even harder for us to live in the same place.

Every tipp or idea is welcome as we are pretty desperate right now and don't know what to do.

Tier 3 was never available or implemented as a route and shelved more than 6 years ago.

@ CR001: I know, thats why we need the visa of another tier which actually is operational. Now I just don't know into which tier she can fit.

Not sure if she would qualify for any of the tier 5 sub group visas, some of which again, require a spons on the HO approved list.

Tier 1 and tier 2 likely not possible due to the difficult requirements and sums of money required.

Tier 4 obvs if she can get a sponsoring educational establishment and pay international fees.

Otherwise not much else available unfortunately. All the easy tier routes have been discontinued due to abuse.
