Flr m second extension confusion

Hello everyone I am in the process of filling the online application and they asked for my husband ex marriage partner and children that are age 20 and 24 we have no contact with them what so ever and I really worried as its impossible to get all the birth certificates and documents required for them I can't proceed with the application unless I thick the confirmation box to provide the certificates please help thanks
