Change of company name

Gd morning ,i will like to bring my wife and go through category A non employment of someone working with a company for 6mths ,the problem is 5month working with this particular company ,they changed their name but same structure,everything is same but just the company name ,how do i let the home office knows they are the same company to make it 6mths .any advice is appreciated
