Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi all,

I was in UK on tier 2 general dependent, came to home country to make new tier 2 general(Restricted COS) application. I have applied under guidance of Company's solicitor.

I have few queries to solve, could anyone help me based upon their experiences

1. Although company has certified for maintenance, i have submitted my UK bank one month statement with balance of about GBP 5000 as address proof (GBP 5000 is all my personal savings).

Just wanted to ask you all will my UK bank statement effect visa approval?? Technically i don't think they'll consider it because of employer already certified. Please help me here

2. Once i got my visa, from very next minute am planning to apply dependent visa for my wife as well, but here do i need to submit 3 months bank statements showing minimum balance required?? or company is already certified for me and dependents is this enough?? Please help

I mean the funds in my accounts..I can see few visit visas are refused due to not showing source of funds. Will Consular officer consider them for tier 2 as well?
