Documents for ILR 10 years

Post by Unoviko1 » Sun May 05, 2019 8:55 pm

Hi,

I would like to check what documents I need to submit for a 10 year ILR application. I am married to a British citizen, who was born in the UK, and am currently on a spouse visa. I arrived in the UK in 2010, on a student visa, and later got a 2 year post-study visa, and then a 5 year tier 2 work visa. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful in applying for ILR after 5 years of work, so am now looking to apply after 10 years in the UK. I think that I need:
Passports from my first entry into the UK, to present
Language confirmation
Life in the UK test pass
Passport photos
Supportive documents
I would appreciate any advice on what is needed. I am not sure about the supportive documents part. Do I need 10 years worth of bank statements, tenancy agreements, payslips, documents from my spouse (payslips, bank statements, letter from his work)?

Many thanks

No supporting documents needed. 10 years ILR has minimal documents. If you have all the passports covering 10 years, that is all you need. Passport photos not required when applying online and through UKCVAS.
Passports from my first entry into the UK, to present
Language confirmation
Life in the UK test pass
Char (CR001 not Casa)
