EMPLOYMENT LETTER

Hi could someone please help me, I due to apply for a fiance visa but I'm abit confused what needs to be written on employment letter as I am non salaried and paid £8 and do 37 hours per week and my employer is confused what to write.

For non-salaried income the best way if your employer give the total average wages of the year along with hourly rate & contractual hour in employer letter.
