Dependents of British Citizen

Post by Frankaldjohn » Tue May 07, 2019 12:13 am

I have read several cases and how solutions of others were helpful to solve other cases . This pushed me to stating my own case here for how to go about my own case to.
I overstayed my visa since my re entry into UK in 2010 with a tourist visa on a visit to my family of five who had also have overstayed then.
The situation was so bad that I couldn’t cater for their needs then which led to me leaving them
My wife filled an application for herself and the children and were granted leave of stay for three years on discretionary basis . They were finally granted indefinite leave to remain in March last year with my online daughter with her British citizenship also granted as she was born here.
What are the options available to me to apply as we now decided to come back together after family interventions.
Please your advises will be welcomed

Your post has been moved to your own topic from the member's thread you had tagged your question onto.
Apart from the fact that your situation is not related to the other member's topic, it also causes confusion and is unfair to the original poster.

Are you currently in the UK or outside? Do you live with your wife or separately?

What basis can i file my application on?

Post by Frankaldjohn » Tue May 07, 2019 7:12 pm

I came into the country in 2002 with my pregnant wife with visiting visa but i travelled back home a couple of times before my visa expired in 2010 after my return to UK. We couldn't do anything then as a result of expired visa. I left my wife with the children when things were so tough as a result of our status then but along the line my wife applied for her self and the children and were granted a discretionary leave to remain for three years which she renewed after it expired. They were given their indefinite leave to stay with one of the children precisely the one born here with British citizenship status last year April. After family intervention here and abroad we decided to come back together . What basis can i file my application on please since i have remained in the country since february 2010 and my visa has since expired?
