Working right while in visa appeal

Hi, we apply the visa last month and still waiting for result,
I am handling Tier 5 Youth mobility visa now but it is expired last month as well,
but I got a problem that if we get refused and want to appeal,
then do I still have right to working when I waiting the appeal result?

Usually section 3C protects the applicant from becoming over stayer during the whole visa process if he/she has submitted his/her application before expiry. Section 3C also grant working right (if any) attached to previous leave until the application gets decided. If the application has been sent out of time then section 3C wont be triggered.
