PBS dependant to tier 2 general or tier 2 ICT

Hi,

I came to UK in Sep 2015 on ICT tier 2 short-term valid for 7 months and moved to my husband’s dependant visa (ICT long term) in May 2016.

Queries-
1) do i need to serve a cool off even after spending 3 years on dependant visa to apply for tier2 general ?

2) As I am working for same company, can they sponsor me ICT tier 2 visa again without any cool off.
