Delayed ILR application

Post by hen29 » Fri May 10, 2019 7:33 pm

I have applied for ILR SET LR at Cardiff Premium Centre 1st October 2018, the case worker informed that he was satisfied with my 10 years legal stay, i did not have my passports with me for the case worker to verify my absences from the UK, I thought my passports was already with a different Home Office team as I had a pending appeal.
The case worker also informed that he will request my passports, that once my passports have been received and absences verified, i will receive decision within 7 to 10 days. The case worker gave me a letter stating my application is valid but need further enquiry.

I chased my case my local MP in February of this year, and the Home Office contacted me two weeks after I approached my MP.

The letter from the Liverpool caseworker dated April, states that my passports are with my previous solicitors, that I should send them to Liverpool, to enable prompt decision on my case.
I sent the passports as requested to the team to enable prompt decision, It is now 5 weeks, still now news?
