17 year old daughter register as a birtish citizen

hey,,,i m british citizen,i was marraied in pakistan, but marrage was not suscesfull i divoce her in 2001she have my 17 years old daughter.my ex wife also do marry a guy,now my dauther find me through facebook and text me,that she is not happy, his step father doing sexcul harasment,she want to join me,
so my question is she can join me?

I received my citizen ship in Novermber 2018
