I'm applying for entry on a Tier 2 general visa - does anyone have any advice on the below?
1) NHS treatment- I've lived in the UK previously on other visas and have had countless GP appointments. I have the address for each GP, but can only remember the month and year of each "treatment" for my last two appointments - beyond that I can only remember the year. Will it be acceptable for me to provide what I remember - giving the addresses and an estimate on the year I had treatment and then to add in the additional information section that I had numerous appointments at those GPs while on valid visas?
2) For travel history - its asks for detail on my travel to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA or the EEA. Since I'm an American citizen and have either travelled home to the USA for holidays or to return home after a visa expired, do I need to include all of these or just my visits to other countries?
3) As I'm applying out of the country, will it be an issue for me to submit my application online, travel to Canada for one day (from the USA) and return back to the USA before doing my biometrics and submitting my documents? Obviously I'm not able to include my trip to canada in my travel history since it will be in the future.
4) Am I supposed to give information on or send an expired BRP if I have one? Thought I did but it hasn't come up in the application.
Thanks for the help!
