Emergency travel

Hi,

I am inquiring this for my wife who is on tier2 general visa.

Due to an emergency, she needs to travel India ASAP.

Her current visa is expiring on 15th August 2019.

She has got a new job from a new employer and they are going to issue her an extension for 3 years.

Therefore, I am checking to see if she is travelling on the current visa(which is expiring in less than 3 months) will she have any problems on her return to the UK?

If yes, what is it she needs to show to the officers, so that she can carry those documents before leaving from the UK?

An urgent response on this will be very much appreciated!

When is she planning to apply for a new tier 2 visa with the new sponsor??

Not yet, but she has handed her notice of termination to the current employer. She will be finishing end of July 2019.

When is she planning to apply for a new tier 2 visa with the new sponsor??

She is currently waiting for COS from the new employer. The plan was to apply ASAP once COS received. But, I think she cant apply now as needs to travel India urgently. She will only be able to apply only on her return. Therefore, she will be travelling India on the current visa.
