Income from a rented home...

Hello

I rent out a property and I want to show this as a supplement to my income. I am sponsoring my girlfriend on a tourist visa. I am providing the LAND registry documents for the said property and my bank statements. Does anyone know what other documents I may need to show to support this?

Have you disclosed that income to HMRC and does your lender bank knows and allowed you to rent out that property

For tourist visa most importantly your girlfriend must be able to show that she will return back home. And on application she will have to show truly her relationship with you which might give impression to caseworker that she won't leave uk.

Ok thanks. She has already visited the UK once on a visit visa with me and returned on the exact day we presented. Does this give credit to her for returning home again on future applications?
