They will give u a green sticker to use for sending the document, anyway that was quick 4 days. Hopefully 1 or 2 weeks wait for us.

Hi everyone;
I have been a silent reader for a long time. I have applied for my second extension for the 10 years partner route. We have a British child who is 2.5 years old. My wife is British as well. My first extension was on Flr fm. But this time we couldn’t meet the requirements so applied on Flr fp.

Received an email last Friday 17/05/2019 for further document they were asking a letter to prove that my child resides with me.Tomorrow i will try to get this letter from our GP.My question is after asking for additional document how long it takes to get the decision and what can it be?

Received an email last Friday 14/05/2019 for further document they were asking a letter to prove my son reside with his mother and letter from school for my child how long does it take for home office to make decisions after you send this document thanks

Is it brp or decision letter or documents which one will be sent first? Some people waited for few days after sending additional documents some also waited for few weeks, hopefully good results will come for those who are waiting after additional documents. The letter says they will make a decision promptly.

Came to UK in 2015 on a tier 5 Visa then overstayed. I have applied for flr fp . Got a British Partner and a brit son . Me and my partner been together for more than 2 years.

23rd Oct 2018 --- HO Deduction
26th OCT 2018 --- Acknowledgement letter / Biometric Letter
3rd November 2018--- Biometric Done

20th May 2019 -- Still Waiting a Decision

Called my solicitor a few times but he all he said was we will have to wait.

Anybody in this situation??

They will write to you if they are ready to decide and you will get a letter asking for additional documents

cos we dont have proof we been living together since I dont work. I already attached a letter from gp saying my son and partner live together with me.. any other you know??

the further documents depends on what sort of application you made i suppose its personalised as they will tell you what exactly they need

21st May 2019 --- Called Solicitor ( Update !! Good News , Letter from HO saying, application been granted , came with all documents except the BRP card , Solicitor said Hopefully by End of this week .

Waiting for BRP Now !

Been a long time coming but I been praying everyday since I applied .
