Mine is completed since October but no response

You applied in the very beginning of the scheme in October. Till now you should have received letter and all. I think in error they have made your status completed. it would have been certainly a mistake. In result in their system your case would show up as completed. You need to make a serious contact with them and ask them if it was done in error or why it was completed and you still havnt received your letter. Otherwise you will be left waiting until the very end of it.

my 2 years gap killing me . after my visa expired i did no effort, i mean documentry effort to prove

I submitted an application on behalf of a friend, a Pakistani national, who seemed to meet all of the criteria. We submitted on 25th October, and the online portal still shows "Submitted Forms (1)." I have no idea how these are being prioritized, because it sure isn't by "date received." It could be by the date the person first landed in Ireland, or country of origin or something like that.

That could be it. My friend also arrived in 2010.

I arrived in 2008. Applied for the scheme in December. Still waiting. I think it's random

I know a guy arrived in April 2005. he's still waiting. I think it's random pick up.

One thing I observed is that they pick a random date, and whoever applied on that date all of them get processed together. You can tell from this form that everyone who applied on 21st of December got a reply.

I applied on 21 December but still waiting of my reply. No response has got from immigration yet. I can just keep patience's as all of above. some of them applied earlier then me.

Hi everybody, I applied for my stamp 4s permission on 18/10/2018. On 30/04/19 I got "completed" notify since then I am waiting for the letter but no luck yet. I have sent them couple of mail but all I get back from them is your decision will be posted in due course. Don't know what to do now. Anyone here similar situation like me? Any advice will be highly appreciated.

There was a respsponse by the good Ministertoday to a parliamentary question asked yesterday in the Dail about a specific application: https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/debates/qu ... 22/#pq_322. Take from it what you will. But I would seriously question whether these are really being processed "in chronological order" (or what that even means).
