Settled person spouse visa query

Hi All,

I currently hold a British Citizenship (via Tier1 General) and want to apply for a spouse visa. This application will be submitted form Pakistan.

I have following queries, please;

Q1: If I apply for a spouse visa this month, can I put an intended date of travel after 6 months in the application?

Q2: I am a self employed, my limited company and my current contract is only 7 months old. I pay myself a Salary every month (which is more than the required amount for the visa application), however my company has not submitted the Corporation Tax yet; What documents are required as a proof of income in my case?

In April you posted your wife and child were on tier 2 depednet visas??

Hi Cr001,

Correct, I did apply for my wife and daughter for dependent visa; which is successful.

Actually this query is for my friend, I have posted on his behalf as he has no account with immigration board.
