Separate ILR application for children

Hi,
Please help me with this. I want to find out if it's ok to make an ILR application for kids aged 15 and 11 on their own without being part of a parent's application. Thank you

On what basis or visa route are parents applying for ILR??

When do children's visas expire?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
