Surname update before ILR application

Hello,

Need some advise on"Surname" update.

I recently applied for renewal of Indian Passport due to expiry in Nov 2019. During application process I wrote my second name as surname & hence the new passport has arrived with revised name.
As an example :

Previous Passport : ABC DEF (Given Name) & the surname is left blank

New Passport : ABC (Given Name) & DEF (Surname)

I have got my BRP which matches to Previous passport.

I am planning to submit my ILR application in few days. Does this cause any issues? Just concerned. Kindly advise.

It should not. You better write a covering letter explaining that your name has not changed

Hello,

Need some advise please.

I am planning to apply for my ILR via Tier 2 general migrant route.

A quick query. My employer changed their registered address to DEF from ABC as an example. But the work address EFG is same as mentioned on my Certificate of Sponsorship EFG.

Does this cause any issue while applying for my ILR ?

Does my employer has to notify the home office with registered address change with their SMS facility?
