Does Working Family Payment affect Stamp4EU

Hello,
Please am confused right now about my spouse StampEU4, we applied for something but was told my income after Tax is low, for a family of 5.
So, they told me i need to apply for Working Family Payment to support my family.
I asked them, if it will not affect my spouse Stamp4EU application that i sent few weeks ago and they said NO.
Please can someone confirm if Working Family Payment will affect Stamp4EU application ?

I'm working full-time doing 38hrs a week.
They gave me the form but i don't want anything to affect my spouse Stamp4EU.
I have never apply for any social welfare and my kids are not getting any child benefit yet.

Benefit claim will not affect your family's EU fam, as you are a worker.

For Eu fam 4 the main core is your EU spouse whose has to excercise his or her activities under EU law, so as long as your spouse either working or self employed,or retired in this country you will be fine ,and yes you can apply for child benefits,family income supplements ,medical card,gp card or ( but I don’t know about job seeker benefit) as I did it before and now I am holding Eu 3 permanent resident card .hope this help.

They sent the child benefit form to us because the kids were born here but we haven't sent it back.
If family income supplement will not affect the Stamp4EU then i will send it to them.

Yes,I did in the past but now my family income over the bracket so not qualified anymore. Maybe you could have a look on citizen advice website about the rules,perhaps you could combined your hours with your spouse to qualify for FIS .And if you would like to apply citizenship in the future but worried about this then I think you shouldn’t,as you have mouths to feed ,bills to pay,tax which taking out of your wallet every weeks ( it much more important than citizenship) I knew some friends in a town that I lam living ,those were applied of these benefits except JB they got citizenship approved.Good luck with your FIS application.

Worst is only one person is working and the paid is really bad.
I think we are qualify and i will down in to citizen information tomorrow for more details.
