Tier1 ent ILR due soon , need guidance

Dear All,

I am on tier1 ext untill May 2020 and I am thinking to apply ILR in 1st week of july'19 as employees requirement will be fulfilled by then.
Now people are getting interview on ILR stage so I am bit scared eventhough we been interviewed at ext stage.
..........My question is in worst case of scenario if Ilr refused due to any reason, still I will be having my visa untill May 2020 or it can be curtailed bcoz my 10 yrs will be completed in April 2020.
Plz guide
what should I do?
When Should I apply?
