FLR(M) Confusing Question. help!

Hi.. New member here! Quick question for FLR(M) Spouse extension visa. We are applying online, and the following question has come up;

Have they been employed by the same employer for the last 6 months prior to the date of application? (Required)

the answer is Yes. We are relying on my husbands financials and he has been employed by the same company since 2017. However, the next sub-question to this is;

What do they earn? (Required)

The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount


We are having to apply in accordance to para 9 of appendix FM-SE (catagory F?), and so must provide documents covering the 12 month tax return period which for the company was May 2017 - May 2018. At that time, my husband (the Director) was on a salary of £42,000pa from May 2017 - December 2017 and £33,000pa from January 2018 - May 2018. From June 2018 - April 2019 he took no salary to assist the companies cashflow but is now back on £33,000.

Considering this, which option do we tick?
