IHS Full Refund by mistake!

Hello,
I have an interesting case here. I changed employer so had to change tier2 brp too.

Long story short is I applied through super priority service. Last week provided biometrics, this week got BRP. super fast really. I got a full IHS refund in my bank account yesterday. It came through before the new BRP!

I am puzzled as I thought it must be partial refund rather than full!

Anyone had any explanation please? Or suggestions?
