FLR FP extension - Urgent Help needed

I am confused I was just testing out out the new online FLR FP form which is very easy to do.

I wanted to know my wife who is on her FLR FP 10 year partner route she's on her second extension will apply for third extension next year she was exempt from taking the A1 test for extending her visa just before she applies for her settlement ILR I know she need B1 will she need to do the A1 test or higher now for her extension on the application it says

If you did not need to meet the English language requirement when you last applied, but you need to meet it now, you’ll need to pass an approved English language test at level equivalent to CEFR level A1 or higher.

Does the old rules still apply how the visa was given or she needs to take the A1 test or higher for extending her visa everytime now.

Its says on A2 English language requirement for

In Section 22 it says
An applicant failing to meet the A2 English language requirement for further leave to
remain as a partner or parent under the 5-year route to settlement after 2.5 years (30 months) in
the UK will have to meet the relevant requirements of Appendix FM or demonstrate exceptional
circumstances in order to be granted leave to remain here on family or private life grounds
under a 10-year route to settlement. They will still have to meet the B1 English language
requirement and pass the Life in the UK test in order to qualify for indefinite leave to remain
after 10 years.

What do i tick no or just leave it as shes on an 10 year partner route.
