New Rules - Tier 1 Ent - ILR

Hello Guru's

I was speaking to a solicitor regarding my ILR application (Tier 1 Ent Route), and they have advised me that there have been some new rules and rule changes being implemented for this route and they wont tell me what they are until i pay for their services , I have read through the guidance and could not find any thing new apart from providing Job descriptions for all employees

Please can you tell me if :

1: I am Missing any thing ?

2: What are the new changes that have been implemented ?

3: How will it impact us ?

Mentioned above & transitional arrangement is over
3: How will it impact us ?

Transitional arrangement ending is the worst thing to happen to those who applied for initial tier1 before 6th April 2014 and if their extensions were delayed..
