Change of employer

Hi all ,
Now my situation is I am on tier 2 from may 2015. Jan 2019 sponser license has been revoked. Till now I am not getting my curtilement letter . Now may be couple of weeks i will be got cos and planning to apply visa again. Now my visa valid till April 2021.
Now my question to gurus..

1. More than 6 months gap to change visa from one employer to another employer any issue to get the new visa.
2. My ilr due date is April 2020 in that time this gap will issue on to get ilr.
3. In revocation letter my name also mention so cause this one any problem to get the visa ?
