By the nature of the T1E route, each individual is assessed on its own. It is quite futile to try and make any estimates based on cases reported here. I got my ILR in about 8/10 weeks and there are others who have got it in that time range. While others have been waiting for over 15 months.James.Dunlop wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2019 7:11 amIf you have applied for ILR based on T1E residence following a successful initial T1e extension at the 3yr point (ie where 'genuineness', investment & job creation, has already been assessed rigorously)
a) Have you had your case processed within the PEO / premium service period (c24hr turnaround) you have paid for
b) If the Home Office have taken the case in due to 'complexity', how long has processing taken, and was it eventually successful
This straw poll is conducted in advance of a review to assess the scale of what seems to be an issue

Applicants can only use standard service, which takes between 3 and 12 months, sometimes much longer, based on members experience.
How to apply
You must apply online. You’ll be told whether your application has been successful within 6 months.
You can get a decision within 1 working day if you pay extra to use the super priority service.
You’ll be contacted if your application is complex and will take longer, for example:
if your supporting documents need to be verified
if you need to attend an interview
because of your personal circumstances, for example if you have a criminal conviction
Thank you. That is helpful. Can you possibly clarifymarcnath wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2019 9:34 amBy the nature of the T1E route, each individual is assessed on its own. Just focus on your own application, be precise, make sure you have all the documents in place and it should go well
