ILR 10 year route Tier 2 (ICT) Visa

Hi,
I am on a Tier 2 - ICT visa that was stamped in March 2011, I arrived in the UK in Nov 2011 after which I got 2 visa extensions in the UK each of 2 years - Feb 2017 I went back to India for a month, and then applied for fresh UK Tier 2 ICT visa in March 2017 which is valid until August 22. I have not been out of country for 180 days in a year or 540 days in all the years that I have been here in the UK
I would like to know if I would be eligible for ILR ?
If yes, when can I apply for ILR? would it be Feb 2011 or October 2011?

Please advise.
