Tier 2 General : Query about CoS

Hi,

My wife and I are living in the UK currently. I am working on Tier 2 ICT visa, she's on dependent visa.
She has found a sponsoring company and will be applying for Tier 2 General visa, I'll be switching to dependent visa.
She has already received CoS from the company (Certificate of Sponsorship), which I understand is valid for 3 months.
We have not begun the visa application process yet.

Query:
If she finds another company who's ready to sponsor her the Tier 2 General visa, can she still take the offer?
Can they provide her new CoS if she already has one? Or does the current one need to be cancelled first?
Will she have to notify the company currently offering her the visa, before she can get a new CoS?
