Hi.
No I have not received the letter. I am hoping to get it on Tuesday. I am concerned about the delay between portal and actual letter. I hope this is not IT error like with other people. I will post here once I get it.

Immigration officer said that produce two pages of letter where it mention any stamp like 4s and other information. She said this letter is only for your record what i have got from the department. I have stamp 2 for 18 months. Now i have been granted permission for Special student scheme. So how do i get that letter what immigration officer needed? Should i wait for that letter?
Special student scheme permission letters clearly mentioned stamp 4s and time (2 years) and other conditions .

TD that was helping me got elected to European Parliament. So I don't have a close connection with anyone else. If you guys can ask your local TD to put parliamentary question forward on the progress of applications since we are in June already, that would be great.

It changed to completed last night. Not sure what does it mean by. Normally it goes to additional documents before refusal

Its been over a month since I have seen completed notification on 30/04/19. Seriously it's driving me nut now. I emailed them couple of times but no specific answer as to why I am still waiting to receive the letter. They never asked me for additional documents either.

No. I just showed the stamp 4S letter and proof of my address. It was really quick and straightforward. The stamp 4S letter actually tells you what documents to bring for IRP registration.
All the hassle associated with renewing stamp 2 is all gone
