FLR(M) SECOND APPLICATION

Hi folks,

I am currently on the first 2.5years of my FLR(M) however will need to apply for the 2nd 2.5years next year. Could you please advise if the link for the extension application is the same one as the first application (link as below)?

Did you not apply for a tier 2 extension in May 2017 as your previous posts suggest??

No, I was on Tier 2 till Jan 2018 when I first applied for FLR(M) and went for premium service so got approved on the same day. Extension is due in next year. Could you please tell me is it the same online form for FLR(M) extension application?
