Hi,
I have applied for my parents ADR settlement visa together and documents were sent in a single envelope. I have received the email below for my mother only. They haven't send any email for my father. Does it mean they haven't processed my father application yet? Today is 68 working days. Please see the email below:

"Dear xxx ,
The processed visa application for GWF reference number - gwf050xxxx was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 5/31/2019 .
If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.
If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.
Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email."
Hi
To my knowledge and following many forums. I believe that if a email says processed application then its a positive outcome of being granted visa. Good luck.

UPDATE!!!!
Received text for passport collection on 30th May 2019.
Passport collected , Visa Refused😫
Two Reasons of Refusal
1. Financial requirement-- sponsors employer is her father and we just provided bank statements and payslips which are not enough they need company documemts (like registration, CT600 and company statements for last year.
2. English Requirement-- i just provided degree+uk naric statement of comparability+official uni letter stating medium of instruction is english But they said its not enough for them.

What is Admin/Expert memebers suggestion. APPEAL or REAPPLY
You were advised that the English requirements documents were not sufficient in March already.

In none of your posts on the forum did you state how you met the financial requirements, which you have clearly failed to understand and did not submit evidence that is stated you need to submit.
Dear CR001,
Need your and other expert members advice and help. As my visa got refused due to english and financial requirement . For financial we will provide company docs. And for english plz suggest what should i do. Should i take the visa and nationality service or should i take the english language ielts test? I have provided naric soc but was not sufficient

It’s better if you pass the ielts A1 life skill test which cost you same as u get the naric approved letter .

I am really losing hope! I have called UKVI today as my priority application was not processed in 30 days so I escalated the case. I was told to wait 15 days for an outcome and I have called after 15 days and they told me that there is no update. Application processed decision not made!
The case has been escalated again and we will have to wait another 15 days.
No contact whatsoever from UKVI apart from text from VFS to say application forwarded to UKVI immediately after biometrics.
My solicitor has been no help at all and I have paid for priority application.

GOT A RESPONSE EMAIL FOR OVER PAID IHS FEE...

"Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

With regards to your query, we would like to inform you that, initially settlement visa is issued for 33 months, but vignette on your passport will be for 1 month.

If you have been over charged for IHS fees, then you will receive refund of within 6 weeks of you receiving decision on your visa application."

Figers crossed for the decision...52 working days are over...8 more working days to go for an update...

Useful to state what your actual query to UKVI was as the above doesn't appear you asked for an 'update' on the processing but something else entirely.

My history: My previous application was refused. I went to Uk on spouse visa but my domestic violence was refused coz I didn’t had police report. I then met my present partner. We put application on basis on relationship which was refused as we didn’t complete 2 years of living together. Which later on went on appeal. I made inland application but was refused. I made voluntary return as home office asked me to put application from India. They accepted my relationship said it’s genuine and they don’t doubt the relationship or income or accommodation but asked me to apply from India. I came back on 7th January and submitted online application on the same day. Before putting this application we completed 4 years of living together now.

Type of visa applied for: un-married settlement
Priority/Non-Priority: Non-Priority, Jalandhar India
Online Application Completed: 07/01/2019
Bio-metrics taken: 21/01/2019
--Documents sent from UK--
Documents sent to Sheffield: 21/01/2019
Documents received at Sheffield: 22/01/2019
Documents returned: Yes
Acknowledgment Email from UKVI: Yes on 15/02/19
Sponsor contacted by UKVI (if applicable): NO
Case not straightforward email: 15/04/19(60th working day)
“Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

We will write to you again if there is any change to this.”

Additional documents required: 14/05/19 (78th working day) partners Divorce decree absolute

Required document uploaded: 16/05/19 (80tg working day)

Decision made email: not yet

Fingers crossed 🤞
How long do they take after we submit the requested document?
I hope and pray that it’s gpod news for everyone who are waiting for decision 🙏
God bless you all 🙏
My partner contacted his local MP and requested him to contact Home Office on our behalf for my application today on 30/05/19

After few hours we got reply from our MP that he contacted HO on our behave. “They confirmed that the requested documentation was received and they are carrying out the relevant checks on this. Unfortunately, they are unable to give a timescale on the application as it is currently under consideration, but the Home Office will be in touch with you in due course.”

Fingers crossed 🤞
94 working days complete since biometrics and still waiting. It’s been 3 weeks since submitted additional document. And it’s been a week since local MP contacted home Office on our behalf and we are still waiting for UKVI to contact us. This is really killing me.
Any advice please.

Received an email from UKVI requesting additional documents - 5 month payslip..which we already sent and was scanned...don't know why they are asking again but at least they are moving the application forward..that's the only thing to calm me...

"Regarding Visa Application: xxxxxx
For: xxxxxxxx

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please provide the following documents:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

I received a email from UKVI. Is anyone received like this email too? Is this a positive or negative . Im confuse!

Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXX,
Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.
With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that we have made a decision on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone. However the visa application centre will be in contact with you in regards to collection or delivery of your passport.
We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.
I had the same email last week Monday, and still haven’t heard anything. Really sucks
How many days now since biometrics with your application?

It hasn't even been a month since you applied so its hardly “waiting for a decision”. :)

LOL I'm definitely not handling it well. I haven't even got the Entry clearance officer email and it's been 30 working days for me today. Thinking of calling them today and asking for an update. Some people have said that they have stopped sending the ECO email after a certain date but I've seen people getting it even long after the date I gave my biometrics on.
Hello,

They are still sending e-mail as of 22-May-2019.
Hi, I know and I submitted my biometrics on 9th April. I called them today, they said that my application is still being processed and I should get a decision within the next 30 working days. I have seen some people get their decisions without getting the ECO email
Hello,

From the timelines on this board, a total of 44 people were granted visas in 2019 so far. Out of them only 6 people did not receive or report receiving an e-mail in regards to ECO.
Hello,

I finally got the ECO email on 30 May 2019 after 33 working days. I did call the UKVI contact centre on the 30th working day though. Hopefully, I hear something before 60 working days are over.

Hey. This means your passport is ready to be collected at designated time. My wife received this too this morning and went and collected her passport. She’s been granted her visa today on 60th day. In fact the date on the letter is 21/05/2019 when the visa was issued but they only informed us today. Oh well! At least it’s done now. So happy. God bless everyone. Good luck
