eea2 ,pay slips

hi to everyone in thid forum.i have been reading this froum for a while and there are very usefull information.
i have a question if anybody can give me an advice on this.i applied for eea2 about 7 months a go i havent heard from ho since. i am suspecting that it has something to do with my civil partners payslips as she doesnt earn that much.we send 4 pay slips to ho.all sums up 1000 pound a month.but i have been in uk fro 7 years and have a job and earn more than her.so i can support myself and we never applied for benefit.i was wondering would this cause any problems.
any advice appreciated.
