Sent in the proofs for each year aswell as the 3 proofs for 3 months prior to application!then passports returned and they looked for 3 proofs again for 3 months prior plus a letter from employer which they received already so in all I sent back 5 different proofs and still want more!!it's frustrating

They are asking for almost everyone once they receive individual application. I know its annoying to keep asking the same doc which they have them already. You better get a fresh letter from your work and produce three different POA in fresh dates and write a letter to explain that you have send these documents already. When i applied they were looking for only GNIB copy again so i wrote a letter along a copy of Gnib.
Idk if this is their new policy or people are working there not paying enough attention when they go through all the documents .

10 weeks later and still haven't received acknowledgement or my passport back. Need it back for travel soon.
Sent email enquiry 24 May 19: no response other than automated reply,
Called > 200 times, mostly engaged tone, when it dials it hangs up after 15s.
So same as others.
Letter being sent on Thursday after another round of calls.
