UK Spouse visa Renewal FLR (M)- help

HI there i have 2 questions:

1) my wife is on a spouse visa which is due to expire on the 01/1/2020, which date is the LATEST she has to apply for the renewal? can it be on 01/01/2019 if via same-day premium service?

2) she arrived in the UK on a spouse visa April 2017 and have been living with parents right until now (June 2019) where we have recently moved into our own private flat, so we have no cohabitation letter documents (only bank statements) as it was my parents house and we was paying no bills. my question is, if i can supply letters in joint names from now June 2019 until the visa renewal JAN 2020 alongside a letter form my parents confirming that we stayed with them from April 2017 till June 2019 would that suffice for cohabitation proof?

1. She can apply upto the date her visa expires. Date of application is the date you submit and pay online. There is no longer a 'same day premium service'. You have to use UKCVAS Sopra Steria to enroll biometrics, documents are scanned before your UKCVAS appointment. Only Super Priority (£800) or standard service available.

2. You need evidence of two years cohabitation, from 3/4 different sources in either joint names or 6 sources in individual names to the same address.
