Dependent visa in case of sponsor suspension

Hi

I need valuable guidance

Sponsor license is suspended on 7 th of this month and they have time to reply for 20 working days.and I ( tier 2 main) have got extension for three year in May this year only.

My dependents have already applied but appointment is on 28 th of this month for brp.

What to do whether they will get extension.

Secondly can myself or my dependent partner can travel for few days in this month only.

As you have already submitted the dependents application HO might approve it as this based on your visa.

If I were you I wouldn't go out of the country as the company License is in suspension. But this suspension does not stop you to go out or in the UK.

Border agency have to let you in the country if you have a valid visa and company License is not revoked.

I wouldn't recommend you to travel. Also your dependent has a pending application.

I have also sent to letter consular office India sponsoring for my mother visa. She applied in India on same date of suspension.

Whether this will impact my mother visa.

Can my dependent partner travel for very short period 3-4 days next wk. His visa valid till 28 th August and he has submitted application but appointment for brp is on 28 th this month.

Dependent has applied already and whether to go for brp submission.

What are chances?

We have sent letter to consular for mother visa . Whether this will impact her visa.

Can dependent travel for 2-3 days in suspension period as company to reply in 20 working days.
