Visa4uk - No appointments are currently available

Sorry if this has been posted already.

I prepared one application (settlement) for Husband and Son - from Kingston Jamaica. Application is completed, Declaration Signed, BRP Collection Location completed, however, when I get to the section to "Book Appointment" it always comes us with the error message "No appointments are currently available" or gives me a drop down box with nothing to select. I tried for 24 hours straight with the same thing happening.

I have tried using Google Chrome (the latest version), Safari and Internet Explorer.

When I called Visa4UK, they suggested I complete a new application, which I did but now I am having the same issue trying to book an appointment.

Does anyone know a way around this please? Really at my wits end with this now!
