VFS - No "Settlement" Appointments

Hi All,

I am trying to book bio-metrics in Jamaica- Kingston. When I use the "Settlement" option when asked what Visa I want/am applying there are no slots available. It has been this way for over a week now.

Just on a whim, I selected other visa types and they give me appointments immediately.

Has this happened to anyone before? Is there another visa category that I can use or a way around this?

Have you been able to get thru yet. Sounds like there is something wrong with their system as when I did mines it offered us appointments within the same week. This was a couple months back. I guess if the problem persists maybe your partner should go down as they may be aware of the problem and have a system in place.
