Thanks @hrack1978.
Sure. It is as under. My wife has a masters degree from the UK and she lived one & a half year in the UK to complete her education in 2016.
Declaration by the EEA National that my Non-EEA Spouse will be traveling with me to the United Kingdom (UK)
To whom it may concern,
I, XXX an EEA citizen (Norwegian), with Passport number XXX is the spouse of the Applicant, XXX a non-EU citizen (Pakistani) with Passport number XXX.
I write to confirm my support for the visa application of my husband, XXX and wish for him to be granted an EEA Family Permit to enable him to accompany me to live permanently in the UK. I would also like to add here that I lived in the UK from September 2015 to February 2017 and completed my Master’s of Science in International Banking, Finance & Compliance from London Metropolitan University.
My husband and I met 11 years (June 2007) ago through social media (Netlog). It was March 2008 when we began our relationship. We communicated through calls & messages and were in a permanent relationship since then. We got engaged on 24th February 2018 and got married on 22nd December 2018 in Pakistan. We lived together in Pakistan from December 2018 to April 2019 after our marriage. I flew back to Norway in May 2019 due to my job.
I respectfully ask that the family permit to be issued to my husband as indicated on Directive 2004/38/EC, for which he is submitting the following supporting documents:
• Copy of my EEA passport
• My husband´s passport (non-EU passport)
• My husband’s national identity card
• Printed and Signed Application form
• Marriage Registration certificate (By NADRA)
• Nikkah Nama (Original & translated)
• A selection of our online chat/call history via gmail, whatsapp, Line & facebook
• A selection of photographs from our time together including some wedding photos
• Honeymoon trip to Dubai (tickets and hotel invoice)
• Trip to Karachi-Pakistan (tickets and hotel invoice)
• Copy of my Master’s Degree from London Metropolitan University
• Copy of my husband’s ACA Certificate from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
I understand that under The Immigration (EEA) Regulations 2016, my family member and I have an initial right of residence. This is an application under EU law and I understand that it will be processed as soon as possible and on a priority basis.
