7 Year Rule Basis Leave to Remain

hi everyone,

With alot of hopes, I am posting this question on behalf of a dearest friend. Basically, she plans to apply for Leave to Remain on the basis of her child who was born outside UK but has stayed in UK for 7 years. Could someone please share a sample of documents required for the application, as she is not very confident in English and it would certainly help if she gets a sample of letters she needs from various places (like GP, school etc) to establish her child's stay in UK. Any other support as how to substantiate the above and make her case powerful would be great.
