Eligible for ILR?

Post by Ram Narayan » Thu Jun 20, 2019 11:27 pm

Hi All,

Need your help.

I am confused whether I am eligible for ILR or not.
I came to UK on Tier 2 General visa on September 2014 and extended the visa until 2020.
Due to organisation restructure , I was deputed back to India for four months (Oct'18 - Jan'18) and again returned back to UK on same Visa & CoS with updated work location.
During those four months, I received salaries in India only.

Thanks,
Ram

Am I eligible for applying ILR? Continuous Residence guide book confused a lot.

You should be given that your employer give you a letter regarding your long absence from work

Thanks Zimba.

Does my application falls under discretionary category?
