Applicant:
Nat id card
Life in the uk certificate
2 passport photos
Not required. LIUK is ONLY for ILR and not for FLR(M) spouse visa. Passport photos not required as biometrics are enrolled at UKCVAS Sopra Steria.
Husband:
Birth certificate
2 passport photos
Not required.
Daughter:
British passport
Birth certificate
3 proof of address letters
2 passport photos
Why are you submitting address letters and photos??
Accomadation:
( living with parents )
Letter from property owner
Housing inspection report
Council tax letter
What about tenancy agreement??
Applicant
6 months payslips
Employment reference and contract
Maternity letter
P60 (2018, 2019)
6 months joint bank account payslips

Husband:
6 months payslips
Employment reference
Employment contract and paternity leave letter
Savers account bank statements 6 months
Salaried bank account statements 6 months
Why are you submitting all of this? Whose income are you relying on to meet the financial requirement?? What exactly is the 'employment reference letter'?? Why are you submitting a 'maternity letter', what is it?? P60s are not required. How much savings do you have? You really are submitting a lot of stuff which is likely largely irrelevant and will complicate the application.
Applicant
10 individual letters of correspondence

Husband:
10 individual letters of correspondence
What letters are they are and do they cover the last 2 years?

Sounds like i was misinformed about the passport photos. The address stuff was just to show we all live together.

I dont have a tenancy agreement because we are living at home for free. The letter from property owner states he is happy for us to live at the property for free with no bills.

My income ( applicant )is 16k a year my husband earns 40k a year so the financial requirement will be on his job. He has 2 accounts, 1 normal and 1 savers which has 20k savings total.

The maternity letter i will just use as correspondence.

P60 i will remove, husband submitted this in the initial application.

Presumably your parents have a tenancy agreement???? You also need a letter from parents if they are the tenants.

Don't complicate your application with unnecessary documents for savings and your income if your husband meets the £18,600pa requirement on his own. Any savings under £16000 are disregarded anyway.

My parents own the property thats why there is no tenancy agreement. But they have provided a letter stating they own the property, and are happy for us to live there without paying bills. I also got a housing inspection report done by the local council, and my parents have given me a copy of their house deeds with a council tax letter , Would this suffice?

The way you posted it, it sounded like the property owner was someone else. You should have stated 'parents own property and have provided a letter' to be clear and avoid confusion.
