Immigration Rules Appendix FM-SE: family members missing evidence

Post by K2RJ » Mon Jun 24, 2019 5:55 am

All,

Need some help. My Partners application for a Fiance Visa from India has been refused.
You do not meet the eligibility financial requirement of paragraphs E-ECP.3.1 to 3.4.

Essentially All Evidence to support Salaried Employment was not provided. Only Payslips were submitted. We have the right to appeal. What is the process or best option when we misinterpreted the requirements to provide Evidence. Should we appeal or can we re-apply providing all the evidence required

If employer letter and corresponding bank statements were not provided then refusal is correct. So, reapplying with missing documents will be wise.

So re-application over appeal would be better?
